The creators are inspired by the character from the film “Europa Europa” and the real-life fate of Salomon Perel, a Jew who hid in the ranks of the Hitlerjugend during the Second World War. In this original adaptation, created by prominent film, theatre and music creators Robert Bolesto, Agnieszka Smoczyńska and Alek Nowak, we are transported to the world of Greek mythology to take a detached look at the phenomenon of war and notice its ever-present archetypes.
In the libretto telling the story of the immortal Medusa, which Hades wants to annihilate, one of them hides her identity and ends up in a hostile school for Erynia, while universal questions about memory, survival and identity echo in the background.
